During my years as teacher and administrator, I saw frequent examples of nurturing on many levels: teacher to student and parent to student (nothing new in these). But there were many other levels as well: student to student, teacher to teacher, even student to teacher, student to parent, teacher to parent, parent to teacher, parent to parent.
